Sam Bankman-Fried, once hailed as a crypto luminary, is now in court. Just a year ago, he was living lavishly in a $40 million penthouse in the Bahamas and spearheaded FTX, a crypto behemoth valued at $32 billion. But things have taken a drastic turn. Yesterday he was in court facing allegations of masterminding one of the most significant financial frauds the U.S. has ever seen. If convicted, Bankman-Fried could potentially serve a staggering 100+ years behind bars.
Jamie Dimon, the head of JP Morgan, is optimistic about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI). He envisions a future where AI will be able to help use live longer, healthier, and more productive lives, with diseases like cancer becoming non-lethal, and foresees a shortened work-week of just 3.5 days. Despite the potential job losses, he views AI as a tool to elevate the quality of life for employees. Indeed, AI's role is already evident at JP Morgan, with many of its staff leveraging its capabilities. For Dimon, the future success of JP Morgan is intrinsically linked to AI.

Should I share poll results from the last issue in each newsletter?I've had loads of people reaching out wanting to access the poll results. I can't create a single page that stores all the results without considerable manual work (a future project). For now is this something you want? |
